Do you want to exercise more but don’t know how to do it?

Practice free play

Play at least 10 minutes every morning before starting your day or at the end of your day.

I think 10 minutes is enough for everyone, but you can set a different timer.

In free-play, you can play whatever you want. You don’t have to plan ideas and outline like in a structured program

In addition, don’t worry about how you are moving your body or whether you are getting your technique right

Just play.

Think about your feelings, thoughts, experiences, goals, ideas, and so forth. Play like you are in a dance with slow music

Move your body in a dance like in a flow

I know many of you have never tried this before

Trust me, this feels great

There’s no need to worry about calories.

It’s time to enjoy yourself today

Remember to avoid turning the dance into a heart pumping session to burn those calories.
