I lost a whole chapter of my book, my chest hurts

hard lesson learned

I guess I would call it a rookie mistake, turned on Microsoft excited to take one last look before bed, and whosh!! 7 pages lost, I thought I had my auto save on.

Hard lesson learned, but it hurts so bad,

I had poured my heart out in this chapter, its my favourite so far, i wrote about nutrition and the body like i was writing a love story

Well we have to go on that journey again, don't we??
